1.) Set up (putting up scaffolding if necessary)
2.) Measuring and planning (to get an exact idea of what goes where)
3.) Block out (getting the outside shape of the piece cut in).

1.) Getting the final shape of the piece
2.) Putting in high detail throughout
3.) Dremeling: noses or where ever needed
4.) Getting completely finished and ready for preservation
